*Job Summary*
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Child & Youth Worker to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and youth. The successful candidate will work with children and youth to provide support, guidance, and mentorship in a variety of settings.
*Duties*
* Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of children, focusing on both academic and life skills.
* Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities, helping them navigate daily challenges and achieve their personal goals.
* Facilitate group activities that promote teamwork, communication, and social interaction among peers.
* Monitor the progress of children participants and provide feedback to parents or guardians regarding their development.
* Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and counselors, to ensure a holistic approach to each child's growth.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress for reporting purposes.
* Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about best practices in youth work.
*Skills*
* Previous experience working with children and youth in a supportive role is preferred.
* Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation (must be able to drive and provide transportation as required).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting children and youth.
* Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
*Hours:*
* Flexible part-time hours.
* Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 ? 15 per week

* Weekends as needed
