*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available to work evenings and weekends. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
* Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
* Maintain and update office records and filing systems.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
* Support other administrative staff and managers as needed.
* Assist with various projects and tasks to support the team?s goals.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate?s or bachelor?s degree in business or related field is a bonus.
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
* Proficiency in Google and other office software.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
