In this position, you will have the opportunity to : Maintenance management:<ul><li>Diagnose and solve technical problems related to infrastructure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance of equipment and buildings with safety standards and regulatory requirements.</li></ul> Subcontractor and supplier management:<ul><li>Select, negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers for maintenance services, repairs and improvements.</li><li>Coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring that the work is carried out on time and on budget.</li></ul> OHS leadership :<ul><li>Ensure compliance with OHS standards and the prevention of risks associated with maintenance operations.</li><li>Raise awareness and train teams in OHS best practices.</li><li>Actively participate in OHS committee activities and risk reduction.</li></ul> Budgetary and administrative management:<ul><li>Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, including repair, maintenance and investment costs.</li><li>Use computerized maintenance management systems to track work and plan activities.</li></ul> Leadership and team management :<ul><li>Supervise and mentor staff under his/her responsibility.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and unionized teams to ensure a harmonious and efficient work climate.</li></ul> Ready to put your know-how at the heart of our success?
