Every team member regardless of position is valued and treated with respect. *What You Bring to the Table* * Proven experience in interior plant care and maintenance * Journeyman Landscape Horticulturist or Horticulturist Technologist diploma is an asset * Knowledge of various plant species, their characteristics, and care requirements * Detail-oriented with the ability to keep accurate records and schedules * Clean and professional appearance, punctual, and dependable * Applicants must pass a criminal record check *About the Opportunity* This position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work related to the interior division at Peter Hughes Landscape. From regular maintenance to creative arrangements and daily problem-solving, this role enhances the aesthetics and health of our client's interior plants and assists other departments as needed. * Regularly inspect and assess the health of interior plants, identifying and addressing any issues promptly * Watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants according to their specific needs * Implementing pest control measures and disease prevention strategies * Maintain detailed records of each site, including care schedules, and maintenance activities * Conduct workshops or training sessions for clients and staff on proper plant care and maintenance techniques *Grow Your Career with Us* Are you the ideal candidate for this role?
