Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work site environment: Non-smoking. Air conditioned. Work setting: Rural area. Remote location. Relocation costs not covered by employer. Retail business. Willing to relocate. On-site customer service. Gas bar. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory.
