Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning. Calibrate products using hand tools. Contact potential customers by phone. Provide customer service. Set-up displays of retail parts and accessories. Assist in display of merchandise. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. Inventory control software. Parts specialization: Electrical products. Area of specialization: Bicycle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Physically demanding.
