*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and organized Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cashiering, POS systems, customer service, and store management. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and lead a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service * Manage store inventory, including ordering and restocking products * Implement and maintain operational procedures to maximize efficiency * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets * Monitor and control expenses within budget guidelines * Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting *Skills* * Proficiency in cashiering and POS systems * Strong customer service and supervisory skills * Ability to manage budgets effectively * Experience in sales management and store operations * Excellent organizational and time management abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Tips Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Management: 1 year (preferred) * Retail management: 1 year (preferred) Language: * French and English (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationLaval, QC
