Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer. Tasks: Diagnose livestock health issues. Direct farm feed inventory activities . Direct farm grooming activities . Groom horses in preparation for competitions and shows. Handling animals. Monitoring animal health. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Treat livestock health issues. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Formulate feeding program. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 3-4 people. Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Area of specialization: Agricultural livestock service. Agricultural crop service. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Organized. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
