*Job Description:* We are a small, passionate, and family-run craft cannabis company looking for a *motivated, creative, and versatile Marketing & Digital Specialist* to join our team full-time. If you're someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to help grow an authentic BC craft brand, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities:* * *Manage, build, and maintain our website*, ensuring it's visually appealing, user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and regularly updated * *Must be proficient with WooCommerce* ? including product setup, plugins, store optimization, and troubleshooting * Use platforms like *WordPress* to manage content, blogs, SEO, and performance analytics * Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) * Design high-quality marketing materials including: * *Sell sheets* * *GS1 barcodes* * *Product imagery* (for both digital and print) * Ensure product visuals and documentation meet retail and compliance requirements * Stay up to date with cannabis market trends and consumer preferences * Implement new-age marketing strategies to grow our brand presence online and in retail * Collaborate with the sales and operations team to align marketing with product launches and campaigns *Qualifications:* * 2+ years of experience in marketing, design, or digital media roles * *Must be proficient in WooCommerce and WordPress* website management * Experience creating and formatting *GS1 barcodes* for retail product packaging * Skilled in developing compelling *product imagery* and branded visuals * Proficient in *Adobe Creative Suite* (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Comfortable using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content management systems * Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills * Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Eagerness to learn about the cannabis industry and follow evolving market trends * Cannabis industry experience is an asset but *not required* *What We Offer:* * A chance to work with a small, driven team making waves in the craft cannabis space * Flexible work environment (Kelowna-based preferred, hybrid considered) * Room to grow with a brand that's building something meaningful * Creative freedom and hands-on experience in a fast-moving industry *Job Type:* Full-Time *Location:* Kelowna, BC (Hybrid/Remote options considered) *Compensation:* Based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $59,695.00-$65,141.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
