*Position Overview:* We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Assistants. The ideal candidates will have prior farm, production, or manufacturing experience, although we welcome motivated individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic agricultural setting. *Education and Experience:* * Minimum one year of farm, production, or manufacturing experience preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. *Qualifications:* * Ability to multitask and manage tasks at various stages efficiently. * Capable of performing repetitive tasks with precision. * Comfortable working in wet conditions for extended periods. * Proficiency in using pressure washers and other power tools safely. * Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. * Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively under pressure. * Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * Genuine passion for sustainable agriculture. * Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit. * Ability to pass a criminal background check. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Springbank. *Responsibilities:* * Perform daily cleaning tasks using pressure washers and maintain cleanliness standards. * Assist in seeding, transplanting, harvesting, packing, and general farm operations. * Operate equipment safely and efficiently; adhere to cultivation and harvest protocols. * Collaborate with farm staff to enhance farm productivity and efficiency. * Adhere strictly to safety and food handling guidelines. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and facilities. * Fulfill other duties as assigned by management. *Additional Information:* * Job Type: Full-time * Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour * Expected Hours: 40 hours per week * Schedule: 10-hour shifts; overtime pay applicable * Language Requirement: English (French not required) * Work Location: On-site in Springbank, AB *How to Apply:* Interested candidates are encouraged to visit our website at www.hydragreens.ca and follow us on Instagram at www.instagram.com/hydragreensproduce.
