This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs. *Duties* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions accurately. * Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively. * Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. * Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service. *Skills* * Proficient in technical sales with a strong understanding of product features and benefits. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. * Strong organizational abilities to manage inventory and sales records effectively. * Experience in conducting engaging product demos that capture customer interest. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts or totals accurately. * Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to selling, with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
