The mortgage broker will have ongoing support from our team leader, trainers and on hand underwriter. The outlook for this position is to grow in to a knowledgeable professional and build your own team/business. This position is 100% commission. *Clear Trust Mortgages offer full support and sales training through:* · *Leads from in-house Lead Generation System * · Regular personalized coaching and full training · Strategic business planning · Focus group sessions · Online training support · Relationship building activities · Marketing and Social Media Training · Online leads *Duties and Responsibilities:* · Taking inbound leads, online, by phone, · Converting these to closed mortgage applications · Developing relationships with business partners and referral sources · Working closely with our lending partners to ensure a smooth mortgage process *Qualifications and Skills:* · ?Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to learn sales skills · Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment · ?Exceptional customer service skills · ?Excellent communication skills in English _(other languages an asset)_ · ?Be eligible to work in Canada *Compensation:* This is a commission only position, and we offer a very competitive commission structure.
