Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Supervise other workers. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
