Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies. Arrange training for staff. Conduct performance reviews. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Organize and maintain inventory. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationSurrey, BC
