Part of the prestigious Westin brand under the Marriott umbrella, our resort also features a world-class spa and serenity pool, offering a tranquil retreat for guests and staff alike. *About the Role* We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented *Marketing Coordinator* to join our dynamic team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a range of exciting marketing projects. *Key Responsibilities* * Create compelling digital content for our website, newsletter, email campaigns, and social media platforms. * Assist in the design and development of digital marketing projects, tracking performance and engagement. * Manage and schedule social media content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals. * Develop and monitor email marketing campaigns, using data insights to optimize performance. * Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring a user-friendly, branded, and conversion-focused experience. * Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content planning and digital campaigns. *Qualifications* * Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics tools. * Experience with e-commerce platforms and SEO best practices. * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and Google Ads. * Familiarity with web technologies including SQL, HTML, and CSS. * Basic knowledge of JavaScript and keyword research techniques. * Understanding of graphic design principles and paid social advertising. * Ability to develop and execute creative, strategic content plans. *What We Offer* * Free on-site parking * Complimentary high-quality staff meals * Free access to the on-site fitness facility * A collaborative, supportive team culture in a stunning mountain resort settin Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $26.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2025-04-26
