<p>Located in Lévis, the Les Marronniers residence offers a friendly, stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent seniors and those with mild loss of autonomy.We are currently seeking a part-time night attendant position.***Candidates must have an AP/RPA or DEP (vocational diploma) in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home, or a RAC certificate, or 5,000 hours of experience in the last 5 years as a PAB (Personal Assistance Provider) + up-to-date 16-hour CPR + completed PDSP.***</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>Schedule: One 4/14 night shift</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around</li><li>Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations</li><li>Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations</li><li>Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)</li><li>Respond to all emergency situations</li><li>While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Formation of PDSB</li><li>Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training</li><li>Law 90 training (an asset)</li><li>AP/RPA or DEP training in personal assistance in establishments and at home</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Applicable government premium in effect</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Floating days off</li><li>Telemedicine</li><li>Group insurance</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Part Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Night time</div>- LocationLévis, QC
