He/She ensures a seamless patient experience, optimal clinical performance, and a culture of excellence within the teams.</p><p>This position requires strong leadership, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen sense of organization.</p><p><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p><b>Operations Management</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to support operational issues;</li><li>Assist managers and teams with daily and administrative tasks to ensure quality and efficiency;</li><li>Supervise and optimize internal processes;</li><li>Improve the use of technological tools (EMR, telephony, Medesync, etc.);</li><li>Define objectives, priorities, and action plans in line with the mission of the company;</li><li>Ensure effective and consistent communication between all clinics;</li><li>Participate in the supervision and control of clinical budgets;</li><li>Maintain good relationships with patients, employees, and suppliers.</li></ul><p><b>Customer Experience and Sales</b></p><ul><li>Provide exemplary customer service by meeting the needs of patients and clinics;</li><li>Ensure the quality of services and compliance with applicable standards;</li><li>Provide a professional, welcoming, and consistent environment;</li><li>Effectively manage patient complaints and concerns by offering timely solutions;</li><li>Coordinate customer service teams and contribute to sales optimization;</li><li>Implement solutions to improve practices, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
