Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings. Describe menu items including daily specials for customers. Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Serve food and beverages. Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food and beverage server trade certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Serving It Right Certificate. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Own tools/equipment: Uniform. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
