A fast-growing is looking for a friendly and reliable *Customer Service Representative* to join our team at our *Mississauga office*. *Key Responsibilities:* * Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner * Answer incoming phone calls and resolve inquiries efficiently * Support customers through our website?s live chat platform * Liaise with carriers (e.g., UPS, Canpar, Purolator) to follow up on customer concerns * Process claims and support customers through resolution * Update our online systems with customer and shipment information *What We?re Looking For:* * Strong knowledge of courier services and LTL/FTL freight logistics * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities * Previous experience in a courier or trucking or warehousing company is *an asset* *Job Details:* * *Schedule*: Monday to Friday, day shifts only (No weekends) * *Expected Start Date*: ASAP * *Benefits*: Extended health care Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits: * Extended health care * Paid time off Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-05-01- LocationMississauga, ON
