*Job Summary* We are seeking dedicated and passionate *Part-Time Instructors* to join our dynamic educational team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in one or more of the following subjects: *High School Math, English/ESL, Public Speaking, ECE/Pre-School, Physics, Biology, or Chemistry*. They will be responsible for delivering engaging, student-centered lessons that inspire learning and foster academic growth. *Key Responsibilities* * Conduct interactive and engaging classes that encourage student participation * Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels * Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student progress * Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment * Stay current with best practices in teaching and subject-area knowledge *Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in a Science field, Math, English, Education, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) * Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to motivate and connect with students from diverse backgrounds * Passion for education and commitment to student success *Why Join Us?* * Flexible scheduling * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students? academic journeys Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 ? 10 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationRichmond, BC
