The successful candidate must have MOPIA certification (or the ability to obtain one), 5 years of commercial/industrial service experience, ability to navigate DDC and PLC controls and experience with troubleshooting HVAC systems. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply!_ *TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Hands-on activities to repair equipment throughout the whole facility and across various departments * Perform daily checks on ventilation, lighting and plumbing * Oversee Preventive Maintenance programs and maintain proper stock levels of machinery parts to ensure work continuity. -Ability to perform regular preventative maintenance, and create maintenance schedules as per manufacturers recommendations * Conduct and oversee emergency repairs of production equipment * Provide support to all other Departments to eliminate equipment down time. * Ensure necessary installations and maintenance schedules are completed on time and on budget * Contact various vendors for quotes and ordering of supplies. Maintain working relationship with vendors and suppliers * Direct maintenance and repair of Company?s machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems * Implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance maintenance procedures and reduce costs * _Any other task as requested_ *QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU MUST HAVE:* * Must have completed high school diploma or GED equivalent * Commercial journeyman HVAC and refrigeration tech with Red Seal * 5 years of commercial/industrial service experience, ability to navigate DDC and PLC controls
