We take pride in delivering high-quality products and outstanding service to our customers in the commercial and industrial sectors. We?re currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in making sure our products get to our customers safely, on time, and with no surprises. *Key Responsibilities* As a Logistics Coordinator, you will: * Schedule and coordinate deliveries throughout *Canada and the United States* * Communicate with customers to confirm delivery timelines, locations, and requirements * Ensure all orders are paid before shipping, working closely with the accounting team * Work closely with both the accounting and sales departments to keep everyone aligned on order status * Build and maintain strong relationships with transport and shipping companies * Track shipments and resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally *What We?re Looking For* * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail * Experience in logistics, transportation, or order coordination?especially cross-border?is a plus * Comfortable using software tools and systems for tracking and communication * Bilingual (English/French) *Why Join Us?* * Dynamic work environment with a supportive team * Opportunity to play a key role in the company?s North American operations * Competitive salary and benefits package *How to Apply* Send your resume and a brief cover letter to sonia@proventhce.com, with ?Logistics Coordinator Application? in the subject line.
