The Manor Village Life Centers is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Coordinator to join their amazing team. · Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet, etc.)
· Superb communication skills for positive interactions with Residents, guests, and other team members
· Must be dependable, have sound judgement and a passion for working with senior clientele
· Genuine caring demeanor, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
· Able to understand basic instruction manuals and blueprints, ability to follow various printed and verbal instructions and directions
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions, and decimals
· Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
· Ability to estimate cost to repair/replace maintenance items and maintenance related projects/jobs
· Must possess a moderate degree of flexibility and tolerance to adjust to changes in workloads, assignments, and days (i.e., occasional weekends/evenings, etc.)
