We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Team Lead for our Install Team. The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience and takes pride in delivering quality results while taking superior care of clients. Learn more about us and the services we offer by visiting our website: www.advancedhvac.ca *Responsibilities* * Oversee a team of up to 5 people * Anticipate requirements for the day (ensure team has prepared selves & trucks quickly and thoroughly in the morning) * *Install* Furnaces, ACs, Heat pumps (ducted and ductless), Boilers, Unit heaters, Humidifiers, Water heaters, etc. * Install equipment accurately and with quality results * Keep self, truck, and equipment neat and clean at all times * Adhere to proper procedures in the use of the work order app * Attend training classes and training seminars to keep expertise upgraded in the field * Follow through on job issues or complications *Qualifications* * Class G Driver's License, clean driving record * Must have 313D or A, G2 or G1 * 308R or 308A is an asset * Boiler experience and/or commercial experience is an asset * Excellent mechanical ability * Ability to represent Advanced HVAC Inc. in a professional manner with clients, vendors, staff, and the general public * Work well under pressure * Must have required tools * Ability to resolve clients' concerns * Adaptability - the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events * Effective communicator - works well with different clients and office personnel personality styles * Positive Attitude - actively contributes to the goals and well-being of the team * The ability to speak, read, and write French is an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour Benefits: * Company car * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * RRSP match * Vision care Schedule: * Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: * Class G Driver's License (required) * Gas Technician License (required) Work Location: In person
