Job Description:Calling all meat mavens and chop champions! We're on the hunt for a Head Butcher who can bring the sizzle to our meat department. If you can turn a cow into a culinary masterpiece with a single swipe of your trusty cleaver, then we want you on our team. Responsibilities: Carving up cows, pigs, and chickens with surgical precision Training new butchers to become meat wizards (or at least, competent apprentices) Tasting all the meats to ensure quality control (we mean, someone has to do it, right?) Keeping our meat case organized and looking fabulous (no one likes a messy butcher shop) Being a team player and helping out wherever needed (no task is too big or small, except- LocationSherwood Park, AB
