With a leadership team boasting a combined 130 years of industry experience, we are committed to innovation and excellence in manufacturing. *Summary* We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Delcan Manufacturing LTD. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal production efficiency. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch products to our customers. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment used in the PVC Extrusion production process. * Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand machinery layout. * Fabricate components as needed to support equipment maintenance and upgrades. * Utilize logic controllers for automated systems to enhance operational efficiency. * Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. * Strong welding skills and familiarity with HVAC systems are advantageous. * Tool and Die experience is an asset. * Ability to analyze mechanical problems and implement effective solutions. * Proficient in reading schematics and technical documentation. * Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
