The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales while fostering a positive work environment. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and train café staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service. * Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. * Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. * Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote café offerings. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café in compliance with health regulations. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients. * Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and growth. *Requirements* * Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or restaurant industry. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer experiences. * Previous experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
