*Job Description*
*Job Title*: Taekwondo Instructor
*Terms of Employment*: Permanent, Part Time or Full Time
*Salary*: $17-22 per hour depending on experience
*Location*: Langley, BC
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Teach our Standardized Curriculum to participants and athletes of all ages
* To teach Taegeuk Poomse and Taekwondo movements
* Enforce safety rules and regulations
* Assist with co-ordination of special events
*Minimum Qualifications*
* Must be a minimum of Kukkiwon 1st dan (official certificate and/or dan card must be provided)
* Must be proficient in World Taekwondo Poomse (Taegeuk 1 - Koryo)
* Experience MUST be in WTF - World Taekwondo Federation (the style that is in the Olympics). This is the style that is worldwide in over 206 countries
* *Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:*
-must be a team player and be able to guide, facilitate, support students in training in a high paced, busy environment
-must be physically fit, flexible, demonstrate at a high level the techniques and skills of a certified Kukkiwon Black Belt in Taekwondo.
