*Responsibilities*
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
* Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
* Handle phone systems effectively, ensuring all calls are answered with professionalism and courtesy.
* Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
* Address guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
* Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
