*Broken Hill* is looking for a reliable, experienced line cook for a full time position. Experience with high volume line cooking is a must. This position is not for beginners or students. We are looking for someone to join us for the busy summer season, leading into long term full time employment. This position is for evening dinner service, shifts 4/5pm-1130pm/1230am. Ideal for individuals who have evening availability only, with solid prior line experience. If you have great work ethic, attention to detail, learn fast and love a laid back, positive environment, this is the place for you! If you have a strong attention to detail, enjoy fast paced work, take pride in your work and can work well independently, this is the position for you. *Reports To*: Head Chef and Sous Chefs *Essential Responsibilities:* Light prep, stocking, line cooking. Plating and preparing dishes up to spec, kitchen cleanliness, completing checklists, upholding company values. *Definition of Success*: Speed and organization are a must! You should be able to work with high volume line cooking, move quickly and efficiently, with high attention to detail.
