What you will be doing: The Manager, Strategic Analytics & Client Solutions Insight will be responsible for leading and contributing to strategic and analytics initiatives, focused on increasing Client quality, acquisition, primacy, and x-sell. This role will contribute to Tangerine's Client strategy development by building analytic framework and conducting business/statistical analyses to identify opportunities to drive higher client engagement. The incumbent will possess an excellent balance of analytical and communication skills (i.e. a poet and a quant) and will support all aspects of Client & Product analytics Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Analyze data from multiple sources (i.e. Client, Product, Transactions, Digital, CRM, Sentiment, Third-party) to uncover comprehensive insight to understand and articulate client behaviours and optimize Product & Campaign performance Lead analytic projects to identify opportunities for our key focus areas: X-sell & Up-sell Product Engagement & Feature Utilization Client Retention Client Profitability Campaign & Contact Optimization Develop and maintain various dashboards for different stakeholders Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports/packages for executive audience Conduct ad-hoc analyses to explain business anomalies, trends and support broader corporate initiativesDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: Minimum 3 years of progressive and hands-on analytics experience within Telco, Banking, Retail or Technology industry Sound knowledge of banking and retail credit products Experience in managing complex analytics projects end-to-end (i.e. requirements gathering, data extraction, analysis, visualization and presentation) Strong data mining skills with experience in manipulating large and complex data sets using with SQL, Big Query, SAS Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau Expert user of PowerPoint and Excel Experienced with Excel/spreadsheet automation Ability to explain complex analytic concepts and findings to non-technical audience Ability to clearly articulate "so what?" both in writing and verbally Ability to deliver compelling presentations of the findings & recommendationsWhat's in it for you?
