We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our interior design and construction projects to success. *Job Summary:* The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior design and construction projects, with a focus on game rooms and golf simulators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, interior design, and construction, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Project Planning and Management:* o Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met. * Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion. * *Team Leadership:* o Lead and manage project teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors. * Provide clear direction and support to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. * Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to achieve project goals. * *Quality Control:* * Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. * Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. * *Client Communication:* * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status. * Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally. * Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * *Budget and Cost Management:* * Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. * Approve project expenses and manage vendor and contractor payments. * Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. * *Documentation and Reporting:* * Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, plans, schedules, and reports. * Prepare regular progress reports for clients and senior management. * Ensure all project files are organized and accessible. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. * +3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or construction. * Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction processes, and building codes. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smart sheets). * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience in managing projects related to game rooms, entertainment spaces, or golf simulators. * Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). * Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp). *Benefits:* * Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, and paid time off. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. * A dynamic a
