Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Monitor financial control systems. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Develop and implement software and information system testing policies and procedures. Lead and co-ordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards and models. Recruit, organize, train and manage staff. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
