*CAREER OPPORTUNITY - * *ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT*
Our Charlottetown office is seeking a full-time *Administrative Assistant *to join our dynamic team. The Administrative Assistant works with each division within MRSB to provide support to execute the primary functions of the Firm. This opportunity is a full-time, permanent position, offering a salary range of $46,000 - $50,000, dependent on experience.
The primary responsibilities will include:
* Directing client inquiries by phone and in person
* Providing front desk Reception support
* Providing administrative support to T1, T4 and T5 processes, including spreadsheet tracking, scanning and e-filing
* Assisting with preparing letters, financial statements, general correspondence, and e-filing for corporate tax returns
* Handling administrative requests, including scheduling interviews, meetings
* Providing general administrative support such as filing and retrieving accounting records, photocopying, collating, faxing, bank deposits, miscellaneous errands
* Assisting with special business development and client projects as they arise
* Performing other support related duties as assigned
The ideal candidate is someone seeking long term career in administration, a team player, and offers the following skills and experience:
* Minimum five years proven working experience in a front office handling administrative responsibility
* Detailed oriented, with considerable initiative, accuracy and reliability
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize multiple deadlines, and work under tight deadlines
* Experience with Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite of products
