Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Assist skilled tradespersons. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Tools. Steel-toed safety boots. Safety glasses/goggles. Gloves. Personal suitability: Accurate. Dependability. Reliability. Team player. Hardworking. Experience: Will train.
