Creekside Pet Boarding and Daycare is looking for an enthusiastic daycare attendant! We are one of the only daycares in Edmonton owned and operated by a veterinarian. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for dogs and their well being to join our team. Social Media experience an asset.
Duties include:
* Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of the facility
* Supervising play between dogs to ensure all interactions are appropriate and safe
* Assessing new dog clients to ensure daycare is appropriate for them
* Cleaning up all messes, up to and including urine, feces and vomit (a strong stomach is a must)
* Administering medications (oral, topical, and injectable)
* Assisting customers with checking in and out
* Answering telephone and email inquiries
* Handling customer payments
* Ability to be outdoors during varying types of weather
* Social Media posts
* Other duties as required
We are open 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm, open availability considered an asset. Shifts will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Primarily evening shifts.
