We are looking for a *Salaried Life Insurance Agent* to *manage and service an existing book of business*. This is a relationship-focused role with *ample opportunity to upsell and cross-sell* additional products to an established client base. No cold calling required ? your primary responsibility is to nurture client relationships and maximize value for both the client and the company.
*Responsibilities:*
* Service and maintain relationships with existing life insurance clients
* Conduct regular policy reviews and address client needs
* Identify opportunities to upsell additional life and financial products
* Ensure timely handling of policy renewals, claims assistance, and client inquiries
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation
* Meet client satisfaction and upselling goals
*Requirements:*
* Minimum *2 years of experience* in life insurance sales or client servicing
* Valid Life and Health Insurance License
* Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
* Organized, client-focused, and self-motivated
* CRM experience preferred
