We are seeking a *Manager, Integrity Services & Analytics* to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. In this critical leadership role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality pipeline inspection field services, oversee engineering and analytics operations, supervise complex field projects, support business development efforts, and ensure strong client relationships.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage field personnel, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
* Provide direct on-site supervision and technical expertise for complex or high-risk projects.
* Oversee the end-to-end data analysis and reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of client reports.
* Act as a primary contact for key clients, providing technical support and delivering value-added engineering insights.
* Support business development initiatives by participating in client meetings, proposal development, and industry events.
* Mentor and develop a growing team of field technicians, analysts, and engineers.
* Identify opportunities to innovate, enhance service offerings, and expand engineering consultancy services.
* Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and protection of intellectual property and client data.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Pipeline Integrity, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years? experience in pipeline inspection or data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of pipeline inspection technologies (e.g., ILI tools, non-destructive testing methods).
* Proficiency with data analytics tools and software (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
* Experience managing field teams and executing complex inspection projects.
* Strong understanding of industry regulatory standards (e.g., ASME, API, CSA).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to build client relationships and contribute to business growth initiatives.
