Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces. Clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys and industrial equipment. Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces. Provide customer service. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification. Working at heights training. Equipment and machinery experience: Chemical cleaning equipment. Pressure washers. Cleaning experience: Brick and stone building exteriors. Siding and eavestroughs. Paint and graffiti removal. Windows. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Vehicle supplied by employer. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Fast-paced environment.
