This role requires a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and a proven ability to lead technical discussions with senior client representatives. A key aspect of this position is driving business development opportunities by identifying and pursuing new client engagements. You will be a key contributor to both the technical delivery and the growth of our M365 practice. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Expertise: Lead the design & implementation of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to: Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Calling, Intune, Defender, and Microsoft Power Platform. Develop and deliver technical presentations and workshops. Steward client migrations and implementations.
