We are Angel Answering Service, an inbound 24-hour call center providing answering and messaging service for a wide variety of clienteles. This is a position that is part-time. *NO SALES CALLS*. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed staff with excellent listening and communication skills. We are seeking employees with weekend availability, morning/dayshift/evenings and some availability on weekdays. Paid training is done in-house on weekdays, Saturday and Sundays. Casual environment. Essential qualities include: * Outstanding customer service skills are a must * Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills * Professional telephone manners * Team player * Ability to problem solve and prioritize * Critical thinking * Excellent typing skills (40+ wpm) * Computer literacy is a must (including Microsoft Office) * Reliable transportation or live around the tri-cities If you have those qualities and availabilities, we encourage you to apply.
