Our team of Supply Chain and Logistics experts speaks your language and operates in your world.</p><p>My client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a MRP Data Entry Specialist Coordinator located on site in Ville Saint-Laurent. <br> <br>Reporting to the Operations Manager, the ERP Data entry agent will perform the following tasks: <br> <br>Tasks related to order entry: <br>- Accurately enter orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of prices, delivery times and conditions. <br>- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth order entry. <br>- Maintain order documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures. <br>MRP-related tasks: <br>- Maintain up-to-date MRP system data to support production planning and material procurement. <br>- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that required materials are available according to demand forecasts and production schedules. <br>- Create and revise bills of materials (BOMs) and ensure their accuracy in the system. <br>- Responsible for training team members and providing problem-solving support for MRP system processes.</p><p>Skills required: <br> <br>- DEP in industrial engineering or similar field <br>- 1 to 2 years' experience or more with MRP systems and order entry, preferably in a manufacturing environment. <br>- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software. <br>- Strong Excel and data analysis skills. <br>- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. <br>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <br>- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. <br>- Written and spoken French and English to communicate with internal and external customers.</p>
