We have grown our staff to 90+ and occupy a 20,000 square foot workshop. We utilize 50+ company trucks to install heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and radiant floor heating systems in and around the Calgary and surrounding areas.

Wm Schmidt is currently seeking / has vacancy for a(n) | *HVAC Commercial Service Technician? HVAC div.* |
Supporting our fantastic team and amazing clients, this role will troubleshoot, install, maintain and repair HVAC systems in commercial and residential applications at various sites in and around the Calgary and surrounding area.
The successful candidate must be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems and guiding/advising the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to meet, fulfill and/or exceed their needs/requirements. Customer satisfaction, safety and comfort must be the top priorities and the ideal candidate will display patience, excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills and able to assume a lead / expert role within the company and our clients.
This role will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life care by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.
_*Duties include but are not limited to:*_
* Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Commercial HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
* Perform Start up and Commissioning of equipment
* Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements, including electrical faults.
* Install or retrofit equipment as per specifications, customer requests, blueprints or the current building / HVAC codes.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Document and report potential problems to prevent premature and unexpec
