*Job Overview*
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a professional clinic setting and must be proficient in Jane, our practice management software. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic and supporting both our practitioners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and excellent client service
* Oversee front desk operations, including scheduling, client intake, and billing using Jane
* Train, supervise, and support junior administrative staff
* Handle communication with clients, practitioners, and third parties in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain and order office and clinical supplies
* Coordinate staff schedules and time-off requests
* Monitor and manage clinic compliance with health and safety protocols
* Assist with basic HR duties, including onboarding and supporting staff performance
* Provide support in marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting
* Proficiency with Jane practice management software is required
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
* Familiarity with insurance billing and extended health benefits is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
