Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Address customers' complaints or concerns. Professionalism in customer service. Drive lighter, special purpose trucks. Load and unload goods. Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials. Pay and receive payments for goods. Perform emergency roadside repairs. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Perform preventive maintenance. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Air Brakes Endorsement. Driver's License (Class 3 or D). Type of trucking and equipment: Flatbed. Tow truck. Transportation/travel experience: Local. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Repetitive tasks. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone. Steel-toed safety boots.
