*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurant management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring efficient operations.
*Duties*
* Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
* Maintain and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
* Train, mentor, and develop staff in leadership roles to foster a positive work environment.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
* Utilize POS systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and teamwork across all areas.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong understanding of food service operations.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling and preparation.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Familiarity with POS systems, and inventory tracking systems is required.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
