_*Nella Food Equipment is looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join their growing North York team. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday.*_
*Responsibilities:*
* Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
* Type in data provided to you
* Verify data by comparing it to source documents
* Update existing data
* Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
* Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
* Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
*Requirements:*
* Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
* *1 year of clerical and/or administrative support experience is an asset*
* *Strong attention to detail*
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent decision making and analytical skills
* Organized and strong time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
