Job Description:Benefits Specialist Join Go Auto as a Benefits Specialist! We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to optimize employee benefits programs, manage disability initiatives, and ensure compliance. Apply now for this impactful role Responsibilities: Reconcile monthly benefit statements to ensure accurate benefit uploads. Reconcile bank withdrawals with billing statements on a monthly basis. Manage benefit chargebacks from the parent company to subsidiary companies within Go Auto. Support the administration of disability claims (Short Term, Long Term and Workers' Compensation) and generate detailed reports for earnings information related to these claims. Process new hires and terminations in UKG for employees on Short Term Disability. Calculate and process Short Term Disability payments. Collaborate with benefit providers and third-party administrators for benefits management. Handle- LocationEdmonton, AB
