Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Dusty. Work setting: Various locations. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites. Operate bridge or overhead cranes to lift, move and place plant machinery and materials. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Experience: Will train.- LocationGellatly, BC
