*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients. *Duties* * Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. * Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly. * Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules. * Handle heavy lifting as required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. * Provide custodial services that include waste disposal, floor care, and surface sanitization. * Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns. * Uphold customer service standards by ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors. *Skills* * Proficiency in Residential & commercial cleaning techniques and best practices. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus. * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. * A commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards and attention to detail. * Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning operations.
